At Spring Sale, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
